This is a nutrition guide to help you in your commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Nothing is left out of this guide. Spaghetti, burgers, fries, quesadillas, alcohol - they are all included. The idea behind this nutrition guide was to incorporate food and drinks we all know and love but in a way that helps fuel your body with the proper macronutrients it needs in order to reach your goals. 

 

The guide consists of 43 recipes ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner,  dessert, to alcohol.  This is not a fad diet plan or a quick fix, but rather a sustainable guide to steer you in the right direction on your journey.
