FC Fitness Summer Workout Guide

I have created this eight week guide to be easy to follow and modified if need be. I have programmed 4 true strength days each week followed by cardio. You will notice the rep range and cardio duration will increase every couple of weeks as you work towards completing the eight week guide. This has been done to achieve progressive overload and thus yield results. I have also included one full body day each week that includes a combination of resistance training and metabolic conditioning. You have 2 rest days each week; this will not change throughout the guide.  In the guide you will also have access to nutrition tips and a warm up.
